I translate the way I see the world into material, colour and form.
THE WAY I SEEI am fascinated by the visual language hidden within everyday life. A building becomes rhythm. A stone becomes colour, texture and time. Light becomes a temporary drawing. A material becomes a question. I observe patterns, contrasts, repetitions, organic structures and moments of transformation. I collect these observations and translate them into paintings, works on paper, ceramics, sculpture and material-based experiments. The medium may change. The way of seeing remains.

My practice begins with curiosity. I look closely, collect fragments of visual experience and investigate what happens when forms, materials and structures are taken apart and brought together again. The process is often more important than the outcome. A work is not necessarily an answer. Sometimes it is simply the result of asking:
